- There, I think Bj÷rn has hit the nail squarely on the head here. So the
- question becomes: given that the Amiga is now far, far out of running in
- price/performance, how does AT avoid merely digging itself into an ever
- bigger hole? The only hope I see is probably to get on the CHRP (not
- just PPC) bandwagon, pray that Apple stays afloat, and get out of the
- custom hardware business by taking advantage of cheap high performance
- PCI cards & CHRP machines. Maybe even share common software development
- tasks with the other CHRP platforms. Put all your development $ into
- AmigaOS. Aim to get out of the hardware business entirely except
- possibly to OEM machines from somebody.
